At RaysHealer LLP<\/strong><\/b>, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, replaced or refunded.<\/p>

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.<\/p>

1. Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order.<\/p>

Cancellation requests will generally be considered only if the order has not yet been processed, packed or dispatched.<\/p>

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may be required to follow the applicable return process.<\/p>

RaysHealer LLP reserves the right to accept or reject a cancellation request depending on the status of the order.<\/p>

2. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

For prepaid orders, if the cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method used by RaysHealer LLP.<\/p>

Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.<\/p>

3. Orders Already Dispatched<\/strong><\/b><\/p>

Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled through the normal cancellation process.<\/p>

If the customer refuses delivery or returns the parcel without following the applicable return procedure, RaysHealer LLP may deduct applicable shipping, return shipping or other reasonable costs from the refundable amount, where legally permissible.<\/p>
